Regarding Covenant Eyes, I do not even know that piece of sw. I remember about a year ago, or more, I had installed plucker. The Python update still ran in a DOS environment, and it also crashed at the end, without affecting the ultimate pda update. Now I have a new pda, and got Plucker again as I am more mobile now.
I just installed the hires version of the viewer. It fixed the second and third problem in one stroke!
