Thanks for any help you can give. I need those images, and I don't want to go through the compile again if I can avoid it.

A PalmOS 3.1 device can't handle images using the internal PalmOS compression. Well, it can *display* the image, but if you try to scroll a page with such an image the OS will crash...
Turn of the image compression (there is a setting for it somewhere in Plucker Desktop's preferences) and only use the "normal" ZLib compression.
