No, because JPluck 0.9 uses a different, incompatible JXL format. In short: you cannot convert PDBs during HotSync with JPluck 2.0 yet. The only thing that the JPluck conduit does for JPluck 2.0 is sync any PDBs in the "card' subdirectory to the memory card. JPluck 2.0 automatically finds out whetherthe conduit has been installed or not and places any PDBs in the "card" subdirectory. That is, if jpluck.destination=hotsync. Simply experiment with it and you'll see how it works.
