There is already a bug report filed on this. Apparently it's fixed in the 1.4 branch, but the code hasn't yet been backported to where I usually build from. The bug is at http://bugs.plkr.org/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=635 I'll get around to doing the backport sometime this weekend. When I do I'll attach a .prc to this bug report for you to try out for yourself. Use your imagination :) When I coded this it is alteast smart enough to identify if we're on an older zire, which only has the two buttons. However palm has no standard way of identifying which buttons exist and how many... instead its up to the coder to make a guess based upon what devices have already been released. Ofcourse, the icons look much better than what was there before.. and it is possible to update for the zire 71.. but thats a little low on my list.
