I just released JPluck 2.0 pre3. http://jpluck.sourceforge.net/jpluck2/ The highlight of this release is the new and improved HotSync conduit: http://jpluck.sourceforge.net/jpluck2/docs/conduit.html Essentially the conduit gives you AvantGo-like functionality. Just point it to a JXL and all due documents will be converted automatically at HotSync. Sync time is kept to a minimum because the documents are converted and transferred in parallel. Aside from the conduit, I've added more tweaks and fixes and expanded the documentation. Most long-standing issues like the excessive memory usage and the poor support for international character encodings have been resolved. There won't be a GUI for editing JXLs for quite some time. I will be very busy this summer and will only make time to fix serious, show-stopping bugs.
