JPluck2

I am confused on how the "transform" command can be used on my WindowsXP 
machine. JPluck 2 works fine on the example JXL files and I have taken my 
Jpluck 0.9 file and re-written it to work with JPluck 2 but I have read the 
Tutorial several times and have not figured out how the "transform" process 
can be used.
