Thanks to EVERYONE for providing clarity and
direction.

A extreme thank you to: "happysahm"
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (Beryl) for your step-by-step
direction. (I was once also a mac user - I prefer Mac)

As a suggestion, a "basic how to" should be added to
either the list or the site to aid non-technical
never-been-there-before persons. Without this list and
caring individuals with the help provided I would have
given up once again.

How to get JPluck for the newbies:

The suggestion actions that I followed June 18, 2003:
Downloaded:
1) Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP with JRE
2) Downloaded Java 1.4.1
3) HiRes viewer for my Zire 71 (#1 pkg viewer caused
error [sysZlib.prc & viwer_en.prc])

Then I ran the installer (#1) found the error with the
viewer so I installed the HiRes (#3) as suggested. (#2
automatically installs itself after downloading)

I opened the JPluck application on the computer (a
shortcut insn't automatically placed on the desktop so
you'll have to search for it or go to your Window list
of programs).

Find places in which to gather your information from
easily using the showcase.
How: In JPluck goto File > Open and surf to the
PROGRAM FILES\PALM\username\JPLUCK then select
"showcase".

You'll need to tinker around with scheduling when to
gather what you've chosen and you'll need to goto
"Convert" and it will tell you to set at least one up
so follow what it says.

This is where I am so there you go!

JPluck Downloaded locations:
1)Where:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jpluck/jpluck-0.9-setup-jre.exe
2) Where:
http://jpluck.sourceforge.net/download.html#java
3) Where: http://hires.plkr.org/

All the best to everyone with luck to myself to see if
I can actually pull the data now from the site I test
chose.

Cheers!
