Whichever desktop you are running, download the whole desktop package. Run the setup. That should do it.

Help! (Nothing I've read says what to do in regards to these tidbits. Yes I'm told I need a desktop app and then the brain 'parser' and then the viewer for the handheld but its still unclear)
