1) Keep Plucker in RAM
2) Use TealAlias to create an Alias (about a 4k file that "emulates" the necessary information for HotSync to work) for Plucker.
3) Depending on the Laucher you are using (I know LauncherX and ZLauncher support this), they can create a ShortCut (same as an Alias) for this purpose. Again, about 4k.
