The writers of the online manual did a great technical job of it. Perhaps they/you would be inclined to allow a non-technie provide a newbie quickstart portion? I suggest (if okay) that an adobe acrobat be created out of your online manual. I've already made a Microsoft Word version of it. (There are a few spelling errors.) Unfortunatley I used JPLUCKER JAVA so I really can only provide what I did to do that. Suggestions include: newbie basic install walkthough, forums to search for why things may not work Example: The conduit will not be run if you move your application to the Storage Card. (See http://www.natara.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=13&threadid=1712 for more details.) The FAQ for that product states it this way: http://www.natara.com/Faq/SingleQandAnswer.cfm?ProductID=0&QuestionID=50 Where were these? Does anyone else see the irony of having to read an online manual to use an offline utility? You were probably joking though right? >> 3) HiRes viewer for my Zire 71 (#1 pkg viewer caused error [sysZlib.prc & viwer_en.prc]) >Out of curiosity, did you grab the zlib with armlet support? I did if it was part of the HiRes plucker for the palm at http://hires.plkr.org/download/prc/20030611-am/ cleaner_en.prc viewer_en.prc Will the deflater honestly be of any real use or make any difference? (I'm trying to limit myself on potentialy unnecessary apps') Deflate found as suggested at: http://www.copera.com/deflater ===== My Palm ZIRE 71 changed my life and the lives of others! http://www.palm.com/community/stories/ _______________________________________________ plucker-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-list
