Have you run the HTML through an HTML validator? Note, tidy.exe is
not a validator, it is simply a tool to clean up HTML (add missing quotes,
alt tags, etc.), it is not (yet) smart enough to know which attributes,
tags, and values are valid, invalid, or in the proper nesting order.

Run it through http://validator.w3.org/ and see if that helps.
