Corrupted Images

Title: Corrupted Images

I’m using Plucker Viewer v20030611 on a Palm 515 running Palm 4.1. I’m also using JPlucker X.9 on a Mac running OS 10.2.6. The issue I’m having is corrupted images on the viewer. Is it the hi rez viewer on the palm or conversion settings on the Mac? Let me know if I need another viewer and where I can find it.
