Plucker Error Messages

I am using plucker desktop version 1.4.0 on windows XP with my palm m505.  I have two problems with plucker.  First, when I start plucker destop I get this message message:    Plucker - desktop error locale " can not be set.   I do not know what this is or how to fix it.  Any help on that would be appreciated.   The second is that when I sync my Palm I get the message:   Already running Another instance of the application is already running, so aboirting startup of the second instance.   If someone could share with me the best way to correct this problem I would be most appreciative.   Thanks,   Andrew Sawyer
