Jpluck Conduit Problem

When I put a jxl filename into the conduit's "JXL to convert" box, it 
works as expected. When I try to remove the filename, to get back to 
normal manual conversion, it insists on having a valid jxl filename in 
the box. If I hit cancel, it reverts to the pre-existing filename. Is 
this a bug? How can I delete the filename to prevent conversion during 
hotsync?

I have Jpluck 0.9.1.4.
