There is something with this PNG file that is oddball.
Perhaps there is some extra cruft in it like watermarking or something, more likely than most since it is autogenerated.
The python imaging library image parser will cough on it.
However, if you save this file then open it with a graphics program, save it to a gif, then open and resave as a png, then the image parser will do it okay.
This unfortunately isn't something for Plucker to fix. You can report it to the makers of the Python Imaging Library, though, so they can address it:
