Palm Zire 71
Latest plucker and viewer from website (viewer version 1.4) - not been installed before on this machine
When opening document (specifically CIA Handbook) get message ...
Machine doesn't support zlib compressed files (or something similar).
Can you please tell me what to do? I have plucker 1.2 on my own Palm m130 which works fine and recommended plucker to my brother in law am trying to help him fix it.
A library is missing which needs to be installed on the Zire 71 for it to be able to decompress a type of compressed file which Plucker uses.
You can get it (SysZLib.prc) from:
http://www.copera.com/zlib-armlet/index.html
and I believe it is in some of the Plucker downloads.
