There is no horizontal scrollbar in the viewer.
However, for big tables, big tables are rendered so called "multi-images" which are seamlessly-stitched-together-images. This big image-of-a-table can be panned around in all directions (with a little thumbnail outline in the lower right corner of what part you are looking at).
To use the multi-image, use a 1.5 parser as well as a 1.5 viewer.
