For Windows users not well up on this sort of thing (I suspect BitTorrent is
slanted towards Linux users) an excellent client (written in Java) is
Azureus:

http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

Although no beauty it seems better than the "official" client; not an
unusual situation.

Download, install, File | Open | Folder on the .torrent files and you're
away. My 2048/400 connection is ready to be bombarded ;)
