Font for plucker

I would like to use my own fonts in plucker. I did some fonts for 
FontHackV and I'd like to use this source for Plucker fonts as well. But 
I can't find if it is possible to have non-antialiased fonts (1 bit 
color resolution:-) in Plucker and how to convert this source to Plucker 
Font format... I found PalmFontConv package but there is description for 
PostScript fonts only...

I tried to get source (to learn how this font is built) of converted URW 
fonts with extractfont.exe but nothing happened. No source was generated.

Could you give me advice what should I read and what should I try?
