Unfortunately that doesn't help those of us who are subbed via digest. This dimwittedness has effectively disabled the list, and will force some of us to unsub ourselves soon. Given that his address is uk.gov, one wonders what kind of action emailing his provider could yield on a weekend.
At least he's on the Smarter Working Team. One shudders at the possibility of having someone from the Dumber Working Team on-list.
