HI,
I'm using Plucker desktop (v 1.62) to retrieve various web sites and have run into trouble with a specific local news source (NY1 News - http://www.ny1.com/ny1_to_go.html).
The pluck fails when it drills down from the web site home page to retrieve links to certain topic pages (e.g., movie reviews, Zagat review, etc.), but works when the individual topic pages are plucked as separate channels.
I've reviewed the logs for each pluck, and it "seems" that the problem might be with topic pages that have two words as part of its title (the title is part of the URL).
- When retrieved through the site's home page, the two-word topic page URLs are missing the "%20" (space character?) when the page title is specified, and the pluck fails
- When retrieved separately, the two-page topic page URLs retain the space character, and the pluck succeeds
Any ideas on how to correct the situation would be most appreciated.
Thank you.
Melanie
