Ok, thanks for letting me know what's going on. A subscription site with similar problems is
http://www.washingtonpost.com.
I generally do not include images when I pluck web sites. Plucker apparently uses the
tag [IMG] as a place marker, to indicate in the text where an image was located. Sometimes
I have to scroll down through 5 pages of
[IMG]
before I get to the actual text.
Is there a way to suppress these [IMG] tags so they do not appear in the final
document in the Palm?
By the way, in the past I've made extensive use of Avantgo, MobiPocket, Hand Story and Xiino, and I'm very happy to finally have discovered Plucker, which really offers a great offline browsing environment.
Regards,
Peter
