Esa. You might consider this option: Run Sitescooper and let it scoop the website, leaving it in html format (-mhtml option) Run HTML Tidy (http://tidy.sourceforge.net) on that HTML. It can even be fixed in place using the -m option Have Plucker go at the regenerated HTML code.
I do that with a Spanish language site that started using á and similar stuff instead of well known and respected ´ and other HTML simbols.
