Can't install Jpluck 2.1.6 on my Mac

Title: Can't install Jpluck 2.1.6 on my Mac

I downloaded the proper 2.1.6b package from Jpluck, but nowhere in it can I seem to find the actual JPluck desktop program or any jar file that opens into that program. What am I doing wrong? I had a previous version that worked beautifully but now can’t remember how I isntalled. Please to help asap.
