You might also try Pilot Install at: http://envicon.de/e/pinstall/pinstall.html You can load files into RAM or into a user specifiable directory on the card. Once you've told Pilot Install which files to upload, you hot sync. But rather than go through an install as part of the full list of conduits, Pilot Install intercepts the request and just uploads the files. And it's free for private use.
