I'm on a Dell with a PIII running NT Professional on the company LAN. I'm not setting something up correctly and I'm hoping that you guys can help.

Based on the above error messages, it would seem to indicate that you neglected to set up your proxy configuration properly for your LAN environment. I'd start by fixing that up first.
