I have had much correspondence with the Guardian's staff over this. It turns out that the correct URL is now:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/pda/avantgo The old URL: http://www.guardian.co.uk/avantgo is still accessible and looks all right until you go inside and find that the content is a week old and counting! (They have not turned off the old URL, despite prompting).
