I should point out that I originally tried jpluck for this, and I still use jpluck for most of my web pages that I convert to palmdoc.

JPluck doesn't support PalmDOC. Did you mean Plucker docs?

Our campus proxy has some sort of URL that most browsers seem to be able to autoconfigure themselves against. jpluck does not appear to include such functionality. It's entirely possible I had just set up jpluck's proxying support incorrectly.

Just grab the contents of that URL (which should specify the "actual" proxy server and port) and put that value in JPluck.
