keep background color or change text color?

I tried to Pluck a web page that has yellow text on a dark green 
background.  On my PDA it is almost impossible to read as the text 
appears yellow on a white background.  Is there a way to work around 
this?  Can I set an option so the text is forced to black?  Can I tell 
Plucker to keep the background dark green and note make it white?  Why 
doesn't plucker keep the background color?

I am using Plucker Desktop to get the page.
