Hi, I'm new to plucker and I'm desperately trying to create a crontab to update plucker automatically. I tried a simple one with teh command line "plucker-desktop -d", but it always gives me this error:
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: xterm Xt error: Can't open display: xterm Xt error: Can't open display: xterm Xt error: Can't open display: This is the crontab for the regular user, not root (made with kcron). What am I doing wrong? /var/spool/cron/tabs/homer: # DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - edit the master and reinstall. # (/tmp/kde-homer/kcronhqLwHa.tmp installed on Mon Mar 21 13:49:46 2005) # (Cron version V5.0 -- $Id: crontab.c,v 1.12 2004/01/23 18:56:42 vixie Exp $) # (Cron version V5.0 -- $Id: crontab.c,v 1.12 2004/01/23 18:56:42 vixie Exp $) 5 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22 * * * freshclam # plucker 30,50 1,6,13 * * * plucker-desktop -a --display :0 # This file was written by KCron.
