I believe I had an old version of Plucker but didn't think to see what it was; I just let the new one overwrite it. After I encountered the problem the first time, I deleted Plucker (which should have deleted any old databases) and reinstalled the new one but no joy. > Try running the CleanPlkr app from the Plucker "Snapshot" link on > the website, and see if that doesn't help. I grabbed, installed, and ran CleanPlkr but no improvement. So again I deleted Plucker, Zlib, did a soft reset, reinstalled Plucker, Zlib, and the PluckerUserGuide.pdb that came with Plucker as a test document. Still, Plucker bombs with the same error. It looks fine and lets me set prefs and such, and even click on the document icon to delete a document. But when I select the document to view I get that error. Any other ideas?
