Hi all!

I am having a similar problem to the one below. It does not make sense to
me and am not sure how to proceed. Maybe somebody can point me in the right
direction:

I am using a T3. I am using Plucker 1.8 on the Palm. I have been using
version 1.8 for months, with no problems. Then I had a (I believe)
unrelated problem on the Palm, so that every time I put it on the cradle to
charge or synch, it would give a fatal error. I spent a few days trying to
solve this (re installing some applications, restoring from a backup on a
card from before the problems, resetting, hard resetting, etc) to no avail.
Eventually I hot sync with the notebook computer I took on my last trip, and
that (magically?) cured all the problem. I did that, then connected to my
desktop (windows) and hotsynch and charged there with no problem ever since.

[sorry for the long intro] The only side effect (and a very annoying one at
that!) is that now the restored and/or re-installed version 1.8 of Plucker
no longer includes the bottom part of the screen when I open it. It shows
the "graffiti pad" which I can not turn off. Help! What am I missing?

thanks for you patience.

I guess we had the same problem :
the Palm application that is shipped with the Plucker desktop is old : it is
version 1.6 ( check the 'about' dialog box )

so all you have to do is to download the Palm app separately. it is version
1.8. it supports widescreen.

Hello,
I am just beginning using Plucker, and am wondering wether I miss
something or not: I can't manage to use the full surface of my Palm T5
(hiding the Graffiti pad) when using Plucker. It seems P. only handles the
square, upper part of the screen.
Is this behaviour normal?

Thanks!

Hervé
