Have you tried building documents with another distiller?
It seems that the problem might be unrelated to the distiller, but
with the card and either my computer or FileZ. My /Palm/Books
directory apparently became corrupted after I moved some "Secure Palm
Reader" content around on the card (I had double copies of some
eReader texts in both that directory and /Palm/Launcher).
