Thanks Adrian, but it didn't work. I got an error message returned to me (see below). I also tried using http://whois.net/ and e-mailing the contacts listed there, but all of them got returned to me.
Thanks.
Peter

Sorry for asking again, but is anybody in charge of lists.rubberchicken.org? After nearly a week, I still have not got a reply to my question below.

The e-mail address I am using to get mail from this list will vanish anytime and, like any good e-mail citizen, I'm trying to stop people from getting irritating 'invalid e-mail address' bounces by unsubscribing from the list before it happens. But I can't do that if I can't access that site.

Hello,

Apparently this list is managed with MailMan (http:// www.list.org/) , which
allows you to subscribe/unsubscribe via email.

According to : http://www.list.org/mailman-member/node14.html
you should be able to unsubscribe by sending an email to :
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Maybe this helps.

Cheers,
Adrian Maier
