Rail: Not really. You'd have to go to the McClintock station and take the McClintock bus south, then get on the Southern bus westbound. Would be a pain.
Bus route 61 (westbound) has a stop about 400ish feet from Spokes On Southern. Route 61 (eastbound) would probably require you to stop at Dorsey Lane and use the crosswalk there, then walk about 1200 feet to Spokes.
