antivirus

[Jim via PLUG-discuss]

I'm looking for an antivirus program for my computer that will alert me 
when a file I try to open is infected.  Windows programs do this all the 
time.  I have ClamTK installed but I don't see any way to make it do 
this.   Any suggestions?
