Well, I mean, it really depends on the use-case? Grandma's email machine? Sure. College students research machine? Probably good. Video production? Absolutely not. Gaming machine? Also, probably not.
Personally, I only invest in 2.5G NICs, or 10G NICs, but I live in the "That's overkill" mind-space ...
