Two Questions:
1) Is VMWare Workstation type 1 or type 2 hypervisor?
2) Does VMWare Workstation break the CPU resources down to vCPUs or does
it allow only to allocate at the cpu core level?

All the talk in a thread and using Virtual Box reminded me of this
story I heard any yesterday. Personally, I've always preferred VMWare
Workstation over VirtualBox, and have Even purchased my own pro
license twice in the past, but now it's free!
