Stephen, Ok, looks like this is now doable. Btw, I don’t have an apple silicon device yet (at $700 for the cheap ones, that’s a little beyond my budget).
Now, getting an ISO image, converting it to read/write for USB stick and setting that up shouldn’t be a problem. I met just maintain a backup of the install OS and keep the restore partition in place (you never can tell when you might need to do something). -Eric
