OK here we go: A. I'm running dual monitors running the appropriate drivers (Nvidia) B. I have Icons on each screen arranged the way I like. C. Shut down the system and restart. D. ALL the icons are on the PRIMARY screen and some are sandwich stacked on top of the others. E. Even if I "LOCK IN PLACE", It will screw them up on the next boot.
There for a long while, this did not happen. Now it is occurring every time.
