Windows windows windows... skype-out is available for linux already... has been for a long time. Doesn't require a fancy usb device, oh, by the way, it is linux supported.
Did I mention it is supported in linux? Yeah, really, www.skype.org And it works in linux... even video calls. yep, linux support!
