If you are interested, please feel free to send in your information. ** Job Description:** Manage a team of network engineers while being hands-on with various tasks Provide leadership and vision for network design and implementation. Lead successful technology projects in areas such as network access control, intrusion detection, IPv6, WAN optimization, security and network resiliency. Responsible for the introduction and oversight of policies and procedures Manage vendor relationships. Ensure IT vendor engagements are properly planned, managed, and coordinated. Develop and execute audit documentation and testing activities for major regulatory initiatives (PCI, privacy laws, eDiscovery support, ITIL, etc.). Ensure proper controls have been implemented to protect sensitive company assets. Function independently and recommend changes to operations, standards, policies, and procedures to maintain support capabilities Ensure proper change control is managed and maintained for the Operations Environment. Track all changes, test, document, and manage communication for changes to the environment. Responsible and accountable for overseeing employee's performance including preparation and presentation of performance reviews for direct reports. Directs employee salary/pay administration including disciplinary action for direct reports. Determines staffing requirements and performance selection interviews.
