They all appear to resolve ok for me:
shu...@edwin:~$ host lists.plug.phoenix.az.us
lists.plug.phoenix.az.us has address 140.99.58.164
lists.plug.phoenix.az.us mail is handled by 30 ns4.LuftHans.com.
lists.plug.phoenix.az.us mail is handled by 10 lists.plug.phoenix.az.us.
shu...@edwin:~$ host www.plug.phoenix.az.us
www.plug.phoenix.az.us is an alias for plug.phoenix.az.us.
plug.phoenix.az.us has address 140.99.58.163
plug.phoenix.az.us.shubes.net is an alias for tacs-net.shubes.net.
shu...@edwin:~$ host plug.phoenix.az.us
plug.phoenix.az.us has address 140.99.58.163
plug.phoenix.az.us mail is handled by 10 ns4.LuftHans.com.

My resolver is (ultimately) qwest.
FWIW.

I don't know about "suspicious", but what seems odd is that all those
dns servers reported a result for me and, yes, the same IP as the three
that reported to you.

seems to be pretty handy.
My results (a picture) have been placed here:

<http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4086870&id=664267723>
... OR (if you do not have a facebook account [password] ), then you
might need to use this "free for all" URL:
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4086870&l=59c7504c82&id=664267723
<http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4086870&l=59c7504c82&id=664267723>
(they call it a "public link".)
Does this tell us anything?
It seems suspicious to me.

That could turn out to be a key item of info...
Btw, "Craig White" <craigwh...@azapple.com
<mailto:craigwh...@azapple.com>>'s answers differed from mine.
(Maybe a "DNS" issue!) His *middle *result was "#fails" (which
I also got), but as for his 1st and 3rd, his results were
"backwards" from what I have been seeing -- in regard to
that #works / #fails metric units.
(unless he had some *typo?* naah... :-)
Also, things seemed to work *fine *for Dazed_75
<lthiels...@gmail.com <mailto:lthiels...@gmail.com>> and
"Stephen" <cryptwo...@gmail.com <mailto:cryptwo...@gmail.com>>.
So there seem to be a bunch of things that "could" have gone
wrong, that did not...
and I am still observing some "#fails"
(at least with a Chrome browser; -- but I am starting to suspect
that this is "NOT" a "browser"-related issue)
FWIW, I am using Qwest DSL. I am not sure how to determine what
my DNS server is... Hmmm...
Well, I did a search, and just as I was going to
"http://www.whatsmydns.net/", all of a sudden, my (DNS?)
problems toggled, and now my results match Craig White's results!
Is that a bit suspicious? Or maybe just a coincidence? Hmmm...
Maybe it could "tell" us something...
PS:
Is http://www.plug.phoenix.az.us/ maybe a bogus domain name?
(Did Craig White just [erroneously] "make up" that domain name?)
