namecheap.com - Many of my friends in the web business recommend them over anyone else. Not the least expensive but reasonable.
easydns.com - NOT the least expensive. Stellar service and support. Can't say enough good about them. But they do charge more. I use easydns and godaddy. Godaddy is obnoxious and their admin interface is cuttered and ugly. But it has everything.
