Im not sure how the acceibility would be, but i know vlingo might be
an option. I dont know how much is taken back to servers for
processing. but i do know you can execute system commands and texting
via voice as well as text to speech. and i thought i saw an option to
tie its "listen" function to a button, but i cant find it now.
That looks cool, but not what's needed. It looks like a voice/sound
interface for the phone. These apps are for someone who's hearing
impaired, so that would be less than useful ;-).
