I think you have to give them a credit card and you must cancel within the
first 14 days. If you cancel, it converts to a free account otherwise they
charge you.
I use No-ip.biz. You have to run the script to update your ip with the package
called noip2. You also have to login to the site every 30 days and update your
account or it will delete your domains. It use to count the script as logging
in but not anymore. It only counts the script as logging in if the ip changes.
