Hi,

Is there any FireFox extension that will allow GNUPG (OpenPGP)
'clear' signing/encrypting of composed emails on web-based email
sites like GMail?

Its a pain for me to type a message externally (in GPGshell) and
then sign it and then copy and paste into the compose email
window and then click on send...like I did for this message...

Anything to make it quick/automatic? Like that 'webmailcompose'
extension?

Also, is there PGP/MIME support? (Signature as an attachment
named 'signature.asc')

If not, then is there any reason why nobody has done this
before? (Like, does FireFox prevent extensions from accessing
web 'textarea' regions for security?)

If none is available I am interested in learning how to make
extensions for FireFox and try to make some quick and dirty
implimentation for myself (and then maybe clean it up and
release it if it turns out to be any good)...

Cheers,
Vishal
