Hi, I am planning to purchase an entry level server for the SME, I work for.
I plan to run either debian or FreeBSD on that machine. I need some help from you guys, what server should we look at. IBM, HP, Acer or an assembled server. Should we go in for an Intel or AMD? 32bit or 64bit? We will be using it basically for (1) mails (2) proxy (3) firewall (4) internet gateway. We are looking for a single processor with 1 GB RAM.
