Hi Mihir!!! Well iam not that an expert on linux but what i understand from your question is that you want to setup an installation point on a network server. if that's the case just you would need to setup a NFS server sharing the installation of the operating system, once done with that you could then boot with a boot cd and then point the installation to the NFS server for further installation in that way you could install sereval machines at a time...
