My internet connection from above ISP is down for more than 10 days now. They are not able to resolve the issue.
I have asked for refund. They advise to send an email request for that. I have sent the request at least thrice now and they blatantly claim to have not received any such request. The appellate authority doesn't pick the phone and customer service says they can't provide any other contact numbers. This is a pathetic situation and shear harassment.
